We love beach volleyball!!
We think learning both beach and indoor skills are great for all volleyballers. They are completely different games, but each supports the other in different ways. There's a bit of transition when moving from one to the other. However, we believe the benefits are worth the effort of adjusting when moving from one season to the other.
Focus of our beach squad
- Developing sand "legs".
- Increase fitness, strength, agility and endurance.
