transferring to easts

If you are currently registered with VQ as being a member of another club (even if it was many years ago since you have last played) you will need to be transferred to easts in VQ's records. The main concern is that all of your fees with that club have been paid. This process is provided to assist you.

  1. If you are not sure if you have been registered to another club, please contact VQ and check their records. They will be able to confirm if you need a transfer.
  2. Download and complete the VQ Club Release / Transfer Form (link is available to the right) - please make sure all sections are completed.
  3. Email the form to the club requesting that they complete your transfer.
  4. When the form has been signed by the other club, they should email it to VQ. If you receive an email from that club, check to see if they have sent it to VQ. If not, send it to db@vq.org.au

If you have any problems with this process, please contact us and we will help you out.
