PVL Youth Tier 2025
This is a division of the Volleyball Queensland Premier Volleyball League - the highest level of weekly volleyball competition in South-east Queensland.

In 2025, there are 3 age divisions (with the age calculated as at 31 December 2025):

Under 19 (born 2007 or later)

Under 17 (born 2009 or later)
-
Under 15 (born 2011 or later)
​These age groups are then split further into division 1 and division 2. Within the Youth Tier, there is a Girls Competition and a Boys Competition.
Please note: For those players returning to Easts from 2024 will use the App they created last year - for anyone prior to then, the east app has gone through changes and we ask that you go through the process below.
Easts PVL Youth Tier Program
Junior PVL is designed for athletes who are looking to play in a competitive league representing their club.

At Easts, we believe that for a club to be successful, it must invest in the development and growth of its junior program. That's why Easts has a long history in developing young athletes to reach their goals and to become the best athlete they can be. In 2024, we're looking to enter the following divisions:

Boys Under 19 / Girls Under 19 (Born 2007 or later)

Boys Under 17 / Girls Under 17 (Born 2009 or later)

Boys Under 15 / Girls Under 15 (Born 2011 or later)

This tier plays on Friday evenings.

PVL Youth Tier Season and Training
Training for Easts will usually be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. The venue will be Balmoral SHS. There may be the need to place a team on a Wednesday night depending on the number of teams. The full training schedule will be released following the conclusion of PVL Youth Tier trials. The venues for training this year are Balmoral SHS Sports Hall, St Laurences College, South Brisbane.

In 2025, the Youth Tier will commence on Friday 9 May. Grand Finals will be held on Sunday 7 September.

TRIALS
It is mandatory to attend at least 1 trial session, and we strongly encourage attendance at all sessions. The cost for trials is $10 (including GST) per trial.

For insurance purposes, all participants must complete their annual Volleyball Queensland Membership before taking the court. You can acquire FULL JUNIOR membership at: https://www.vq.org.au/membership/
